SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Southshore Fine Linens offers complimentary domestic ground shipping on all orders within the United States. US Customers have the option to upgrade their order to 2 – 4-day priority shipping for an additional fee. Priority shipping is charged on a per item basis. Please see the checkout page for the charges. If no option is selected, the default setting is ground shipping with can take 5 – 8 business days to get to the customers. All orders are shipped from our Las Vegas, Nevada location.
Please allow one day for processing. Orders placed after 8AM will usually ship the next business day but can take up to 48 hours if we need to transfer a product from one warehouse to another. Orders placed on Fridays, holidays or on weekends will be shipped the following business day. It is not guaranteed that expedited shipments will be delivered on holidays or weekend. This is something that is not in our control.

We stand behind the quality of our products which is why we
offer the most generous warranties. If
you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it
within 30 days of delivery (as shown on the tracking number). (delivery
is defined as the date the shipment was marked delivered by the carrier’s
tracking number). Returns are fully
refunded in the original payment form, minus any shipping and handling that may
have been charged. Expediting shipping
fee charges cannot be refunded.
Currently we only ship to Canada outside of the United States. Customers need to select Canada shipping options during checkout otherwise sales will be cancelled. Canada shipping is based on per item up charge. Our shipping rates for Canada do not include any additional customs duty charged that might be charged by the Canadian Customs. Please check your local laws. Returns are not accepted on international orders.
Southshore Fine Linens reserves the right to cancel any sale, terminate a promotion without notice, deny the sale or limit the number of items purchased a single customer or guarantee that all items on sale at the site are in stock all the time.
